1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using CarRental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Rental Agreement
When you rent a vehicle through CarRental, you enter into a rental agreement. This agreement includes:
- Rental period and dates
- Pickup and return locations
- Vehicle specifications and condition
- Pricing and payment terms
- Your responsibilities as a renter
3. Driver Requirements
To rent a vehicle, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old (25 for premium vehicles)
- Hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
- Provide valid identification and payment method
- Have a clean driving record
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Vehicle Use
Rented vehicles may only be used for personal or business purposes as specified in the rental agreement. Vehicles must not be used for:
- Illegal activities
- Racing or competitive driving
- Transporting hazardous materials
- Towing without proper equipment
- Off-road driving unless specifically permitted
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds for no-shows.
7. Liability and Insurance
Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. We recommend purchasing additional insurance coverage. Our vehicles are insured, but renters may be liable for deductibles and damages not covered by insurance.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
